Free Resources › Children’s Wellbeing
My Wellbeing Journal is a free printable for primary classrooms, with drawing, colouring and check-in pages to help children notice and share how they feel.
It is free to download, there is no sign-up, and you can print it as many times as you need. Suitable for all classes.
What is inside
- Cover page a child can decorate and make their own
- Feelings check-in pages using faces and colour rather than words
- Drawing and colouring spreads for quiet reflection
- Prompt pages for what went well and what was hard
How to use it in class
Print it once at the start of term and keep a copy in each child’s tray. Ten minutes a week is plenty. Children who find talking hard will often draw something they would never say out loud, so it is worth looking through them now and again.
